Offering one's gifts as a liturgical minister is a singularly excellent way to give of oneself to the parish family. All sessions will be held in the church. Altar Servers: Sunday, Feb. 9, 4-5 p.m. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion: Wednesday, Feb. 12, 7:30-8:30 p.m. Please remember that liturgical ministers must be registered members of St. Ann's, active and participating Catholics, and living according to the moral teachings of the Church, including the marriage and intimacy teachings of the Church.

A training session for altar servers will take place this Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the church. If you are entering grades 4-12, please consider participating in this important ministry. We need to add several more altar servers to our roster, so we're counting on your help! The training session should last about 90 minutes.
The altar server training session scheduled for this morning (Thursday) will be postponed. If you are entering grades 4-12 and would like to be trained as an altar server, please call the parish office ASAP and give Stefani a list of possible dates and times you would be able to attend a training session. We will then try to schedule the training for a time when everyone can attend. Thank you!
If you are an altar server, lector, Communion minister, or usher, please take a moment to add your name to the sign-up sheets on the table in the narthex and indicate your availability for our Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil, and Easter Sunday liturgies. We need "all hands on deck" during this busy week, so please sign up today so that our office staff can prepare the schedule for liturgical ministers for Holy Week ASAP.
If you are available to serve as a lector, Communion minister, altar server, or usher at one of our Christmas liturgies, please place your name on the sheet that can be found on the glass table in the narthex and check the Mass(es) for which you are willing to be scheduled.
Don't forget to stop by the parish hall after Mass today for our annual parish ministry fair. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the many organizations, activities, and ministries of our parish and to consider participating in one or more of these ministries. Refreshments will be served at the fair!
The second training session for parishioners entering grades 4 through 12 who are interested n becoming altar servers will be on Friday, July 7 at 2 p.m. If you did not attend the first training session a couple of weeks ago, you may still participate in the July training session. Current altar servers are also invited to attend as a "refresher course" (particularly if you are still not quite sure how to use the processional candles).
Please see the list of assignments printed on the insert in this weekend's bulletin. If you are not able to fulfill your assignment, please call the parish office as soon as possible.
