All students in grades 5-12 are invited to join us this Wednesday (Sep. 28) for an evening of fun at the WT Buffalo Sports Park. Please meet at 6:30 p.m. at the sand volleyball courts on the WT campus. Sub sandwiches will be provided for dinner. The evening will end at 8 p.m.
All youth who have purchased tickets for this concert should meet at the church at 6 p.m. this Saturday (October 8). We will carpool to the concert in Amarillo.
The Diocese of Amarillo will hold its 6th Annual Red Mass on Tuesday, October 11, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral. This Mass invokes the blessings of the Holy Spirit upon all who are involved in the judicial system. The guest speaker for this year's Red Mass will be Michael A. Scaperlanda, who taught at the University of Oklahoma College of Law from 1989 until 2016, and is now the president of St. Gregory's University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. A reception will follow the Mass and keynote address.
Are you--or do you know someone who might be--interested in the possibility of becoming Catholic? Join us on Wednesday, September 21, at 7 p.m. in Meeting Room C for an informal question and answer session about the Catholic faith and the RCIA process. Heavy hors d'oevres will be served.
A training session for anyone in grades 3-12 who would like to become an altar server will be held next Sunday (Sep. 25) at 4 p.m. in the church. Current altar servers who would like a refresher course may also attend.

Our Sunday morning adult faith formation this fall will be Bishop Robert Barron's new video series Catholicism: The Pivotal Players. We will study the lives of six women and men who helped shape Catholic Christianity: St. Francis of Assisi, St. Catherine of Siena, St. Thomas Aquinas, Michelangelo, Blessed John Henry Newman, and G.K. Chesterton. Join us beginning Sunday, September 18 at 10 a.m. in the adult education room.

Any parishioners who volunteer in a ministry with children or teens must complete Safe Environment training course every five years. If you are a new volunteer or are thinking about becoming a volunteer in one of these ministries, or if is has been almost five years (or more than five years) since you last completed the training session, please make plans to attend the session this Saturday (September 10) at 9:30 a.m. in the parish hall.
