Communion to the Sick and Homebound

When Jesus cared for the sick and dying, the Lord extended God's mercy and love. The Lord continues his ministry through the universal Church.  As a community of faithful, we continue to carry out this ministry of the Lord. The coordinator of this ministry is Rhonda Melugin. Therefore, the purpose and goal of the ministry of the sick and dying at our parish is to ensure that pastoral care is extended to those who are sick and dying in our parish. This group is on an on-call basis to distribute Holy Communion to the sick and shut-ins and to keep our pastor informed about those we contact.
